PRICE PROTECTION

We will never compete on price
  1. We only run pre-order pricing twice a year, and only on brand new models. It is not a standing discount, it is a short window tied to a specific release.
  2. Outside of a pre-order window, we hold very little overage inventory. When we do have a guitar left over, we sell it at full MSRP, the same price it sits at on your shelf.
  3. Even during a live pre-order, a customer ordering directly from us can't touch or play the guitar before buying, and they're waiting 8 to 12 weeks for delivery.
  4. Your customer picks it up, plays it, and takes it home the same day. That is an advantage a pre-order can't touch, no matter when we run one.
