Refund policy

Guitars and Instruments

Every Kardinal guitar is built to order as a custom instrument. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on guitars outside of the warranty process.

If you have an issue with your instrument, please do not initiate a return without first contacting us. All guitar concerns are handled through our warranty claim process. Upon review we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or in limited cases a refund at our discretion.

Merchandise, Cases, and Accessories

Non-instrument items such as apparel, cases, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided the item is in its original unused condition and original packaging.

To start a return please contact us at support@kardinalguitars.com. If your return is accepted we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union

If your order is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be in their original unused condition and original packaging with proof of purchase. This applies to eligible non-instrument items only. Guitar returns are still subject to our warranty process regardless of region.
